The international tim from our company - Helena Bulaja, Edgar Beals (author of "Neva" and collaborator on the Tesla project) and Alistair Keddie (author of "Stribor's Forest" and also collaborator on Tesla project) visited Estonia, festival Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn (14-25th of November, 2007). In exotic Estonian language the festival is called
Tallinna Pimedate Ööde Filmifestival.

The main festival, in fact the main film event in this country with great film tradition, is focused on feature films, but it is also accompanied by other events or sub-festivals. Edgar Beals was a jury member on one of them, the festival of student and short film Sleepwalker's International Student Film Festival (taking the place from Helena who couldn't make it to Tallinn in time...), and all together they were guests of animation festival Animated Dreams.

Our team also attended a very important celebration: the glorious estonian animation studio Nuku Film celebrated its 50th anniversary, with a program of events and presentations... The studio is famous worldwide for puppet and stop-motion animation. The celebration was a great opportunity to meet Estonian filmmakers and animators who work at the studio, that we would very much like to have as authors in our current and future projects...
